For every business connection between key-reader.de and the customer only the following
terms and conditions shall be used exclusively. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall
not apply. This shall also apply if key-reader.de executes an order whilst aware of contradictionary or deviating
terms and conditions.

This translation is intended for informational purposes only. Just the current German text found at
www.key-reader.de shall be legally binding. Deviating customer's terms shall not be valid.

Pictures of products are exemplary and can deviate from the delivered product.

All products and product descriptions are subject to confirmation. Misprints and/or errors are excepted.
Due to technical development and improvements of the products, all descriptions are subject to change.
 

§ 2 Terms of Purchase

The sales contract is concluded by a written confirmation of the order by key-reader.de. Any
misprints, errors or miscalculations on the website can be subject to cancel the contract by key-reader.de

The customer is able to cancel the contract by sending back the unused and boxed goods within two weeks.
All costs of the return have to be paid by the customer. If the customer has used the products, key-reader.de
has got the right to retain the loss in value of the goods.

§ 3 Order

To conclude the contract, every customer has to provide the personal data necessary to
carry out the order. The customer is obliged to enter personal information truthfully during the ordering
process. Otherwise the sales contract will not be concluded.

Key-reader.de reserves the right to claim for damages in this case.

The customer must inform key-reader.de immediately, if any personal information (e.g. name, address,
bank account) changes.

§ 4 Prices, Delivery

All prices are end user prices, packing extra. All prices shown in the webshop include the VAT.
If the VAT is changed, key-reader.de will charge the new VAT to the customer.

The purchased good will be delivered to the adress provided by the customer, if not agreed otherwise.
Risk of delivery is carried by the purchaser, as soon as the good are passed to the shipper. All delivery dates
not acknowledged by a written confirmation are non-binding.

§ 5 Terms of Payment

Shipment within Germany:

There is no minimum order value.
Free postage and packing starts at an invoiced amount of 300.00 €. Below a shipping charge of
7.00 € will be added to the invoice.

International shipment:
Free postage and packing starts at an invoiced amount of 600.00 €. Below a shipping charge of
12.00 € will be added to the invoice.

All invoiced amounts are payable on receipt of the invoice. The customer can choose one of the following
payment options:
- Cash on delivery (+ 3.00 € service charge)
- Payment in advance

Objections against the invoice will be accepted within 14 days after receipt. If the payment is delayed, every dunning letter will be charged 2.50 € extra.
 

§ 6 Ability of delivery

Delivery is done under reservation of correct supply in time. We will not compensate for any damage
due to late or incomplete delivery. If any item is out of stock, the customer will usually be noticed within 3 days
after receipt of the order.

If any ordered item is not deliverable, key-reader.de is authorized retain the order.

§ 7 Reservation of ownership

Key-reader.de shall retain ownership of the goods until all payments due have been received.

§ 8 Claims due to defects

If any sold items show a malfunction for which key-reader.de is responsible, the customer can choose to
repair or replace the item. If key-reader.de is not able to repair the item in reasonable time, the customer can choose
to retain from the contract of purchase or to reduce the purchase price.

Any other claims of the customer are excluded. Key-reader.de is not liable for any damage not on the sold goods itself.
Key-reader.de is not liable for any lost profit or other financial losses resulting from the use of our products.

The legal provisions governing claims lodged by the customer due to defects shall apply. Any defect must be
annonced by the customer in written form immediately after discovery.

Key-reader.de will not compensate for any damage resulting from use and/or modification of the
purchased goods.

§ 9 Privacy

Key-reader.de is authorised to use and store all personal data necessary for carrying out the orders. No personal
information will be given to third parties. All customers must agree to this terms.

§ 10 Jurisdiction

The contractual relations between the parties shall be subject to German law, excluding the UN convention
on contracts for the international sale of goods. The venue for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship shall
be Dortmund.
